Testimonial
" After reviewing several garden designers we decided to choose Greenstone Design because of the combination of their experience of sensory gardens and their design skills. At our first meeting with Katy, she listened carefully to our requirements to provide a garden of two completely different halves – one half for people on the autistic spectrum who require a minimalist approach with clear structure to the overall design, and the other half for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities for whom we wanted a truly sensory experience to stimulate all the senses while taking into account their accessibility restrictions, with the majority being wheelchair bound. Greenstone Design managed to incorporate our ideas into a truly impressive and creative design. We felt that she really cared about creating a garden which the residents would really enjoy and was excited by the project which gave us great confidence and belief. Katy worked conscientiously throughout the job and we appreciated her attention to detail. Greenstone identified the subcontractors for the work and all worked well in our learning disability environment, being sensitive to the need to take extra care with tools and equipment, so the whole project was delivered smoothly with no problems, other than some weather delays. We came in on budget and everyone pulled together to make up for the lost time due to the heavy rain, to ensure the garden was ready for the grand opening. The best recommendation for the garden is the pleasure that it brings to the residents who are delighted with it and the opportunity they now have to spend so much time outdoors."
